When I Buy A Ticket

When you make a purchase you will receive an email receipt within 48 hours or 2 working days.

This receipt will state what has been purchased and the payment method.

When you make a payment by card you are automatically entering into a contract with Pride & Respect, in which you acknowledge that there are no refunds unless they are made at the discretion of the operator.

Buy making a purchase you acknowledge that if the event is postponed/ cancelled/ or does not meet your expectations you are not entitled to a refund.

You are not permitted to resell any tickets/ seats for a profit.  

If I Make A Purchase From The Auction

I acknowledge if I make a purchase from the auction this is at my discretion and Pride & Respect as the event operator have no control over this nor do they have any liability or responsibility to ensure my product is to any standard.
